Why has my deposit been returned?
A returned deposit usually occurs for one of two simple reasons:
- Your first deposit serves as an identity check
Your very first deposit acts as our final security check to confirm your account. We are legally required to perform this verification.
For this to work, the name and address of the bank account the money is sent from must match the name and address you used to register with us.
If there is a discrepancy, we are required to return the money for security reasons. - The QR reference number is missing
To ensure we can allocate your money directly to your personal investment solution, every deposit has a unique QR reference number. This is how we know where your funds should go.
The easiest and most secure method is to use the corresponding QR code for each deposit directly from your app.
