findependent Crowdinvesting (sold out)

Our findependent crowdinvesting was met with an enormous response. Within just 30 hours, all of our participation certificates were sold out. And that was just with the pre-funding round, which is exclusively for findependent customers.

Unbelievable!

Here’s what will happen over the coming weeks:

Co-ownership

We will register the planned capital increase for the crowdinvesting with the notary’s office. This should be completed by the end of August. You will then officially become a co-owner of findependent.

Documents

With your investment in findependent you have received your participation agreement and your participation declaration. This as a PDF in an email directly from Conda. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at service@findependent.ch.

Fee reduction

If you have secured a premium in the form of a fee reduction due to the amount of your investment, we will store this reduction in our system and apply it for the entire Q3 with the next settlement on 30 September. You will therefore benefit from the reduced fees on your money invested with findependent from 1 July 2024 – for life.

Visibility in the app

Your crowdinvestment will not be visible in your findependent app for the time being, but will work via a login to findependent’s digital share register. More information on this will follow as soon as the notary appointment mentioned above has been finalised.

Identification

If you have not already done so, identify yourself on Conda by 17 July 2024 at the latest. Please note that only 1 document can be uploaded as an identification document. So if you use your ID, you must first create a joint document from the front and back. It’s easier with the passport, as all the necessary information is on one page. If there are any frictions, please contact team@conda.ch directly.
If Conda sends you a standard e-mail that something is still wrong with your identification, you can see in detail in your profile where “the shoe pinches” and can make the relevant adjustments.
